A Disappointing Stay Despite the Promises

Regrettably, my recent experience fell short of expectations. The supposed renovated suite had noticeable wear, including stains on bedding and scuffed walls. The valet charges were frustrating, requiring multiple conversations with staff to achieve clarity. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired.

I appreciated the friendly service from all the bartenders during my stay. The King Suite with Kitchen offered a spacious and comfortable environment for our group.

The pool area lacked enough lounge chairs for the number of guests.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room stood out during the stay. The valet team was exceptionally professional, charging my EV promptly and maintaining a friendly attitude. However, the pool area felt cramped with limited lounge chairs, and while the location was good, the dining options could use improvement, particularly in variety. Sushi was a highlight, but more on-site options would enhance the experience.

The guest room with a king bed was super clean and so comfortable. I loved the plush bedding—which made it easy to get some great sleep after long days. The modern design of the room felt fresh too. Valet service was on point and charged my EV without me even asking. A solid stay overall!

The location close to Irvine Spectrum made it easy to find plenty of dining and shopping options. The pool area felt relaxing with nice seating, although some lounge chairs were limited for the size of the hotel. The staff exuded friendliness, especially the valet team, who charged my electric vehicle without me asking. My room with a king bed had a modern design and was clean, which I appreciated. However, the lack of self-parking was a hassle because I had to rely on valet alone. I expected more than a few knicks and stains on some furniture given the price. I had issues with towels not being enough for the number of guests in our reservation, and the kitchen in the room wasn't cleaned daily unless tips were left. This was frustrating and added extra work for us. Also, during check-in, my room took longer than expected to be ready, which caused us to miss part of our evening event.
